Welcome to the Salem Budokai, home of Danzan Ryu Jujitsu in Salem, Oregon since 1958.

Our primary focus is on the skills, techniques, and philosophies of Danzan Ryu Jujitsu. Our curriculum also draws from Kodokan Judo, Shotokan Karate, and Shin Shin Toitsu Aikido.

We offer classes for adults and children at a variety of times throughout the week at the YMCA. Please see our class schedule for details.

Visitors are always welcome at the Budokai. There's no need to call ahead: just come and visit us when you can! All you need to do is tell the front desk staff at the Salem YMCA that you'd like to observe a Jujitsu class.
